He captured her.

He swore to destroy her.

Then he fell for her.

Fern should have been more careful.

Poaching on the lands of a vengeance-driven chieftain always carried a risk—but one day she ends up kneeling in the dirt in front of him.

His prisoner.

Tadhg is running out of time.

To save his daughter’s life, he makes a bargain with a faerie. Now death is coming for him. But before it does, he must secure his borders against the fae.

And then he captures Fern—a wild fae huntress who’s been hunting on his lands.

He intends to make an example of her, to execute her.

Falling for her is the last thing he wants … but the Gods have other plans.

A standalone Scottish Romantasy set in the mist-wreathed world of Albia. Perfect for readers who love the dangerous fae romance of Quicksilver and the mist-shrouded, slow-burn fantasy of The Knight and the Moth and the Scottish atmosphere of Outlander.
